Individual Placement and Support (IPS)
An evidence-based, zero-exclusion employment service for people with mental illness. IPS teams rapidly engage clients in job development and competitive employment, working closely with mental health professionals.

Community Job Placement

Tailored job placement services ensure satisfaction for both job seekers and employers.

Ticket to Work

We offer employment support to person’s who receive SSI or SSDI age 18-64 who want to work.

Career Exploration Services
A six-week intensive experience where clients develop soft skills through classroom sessions, business tours, and paid work training, leading to job placement.

Group Supported Employment
Clients receive job coaching in groups of 2-4 in community-based settings, either at 43 North Iowa businesses or with local employers.

Prevocational Services
Focused, goal-oriented tasks to prepare clients for community employment, offering paid training at 43 North Iowa-owned businesses. Time-limited services aimed at transitioning clients into competitive employment.

Helping high school students prepare for adult life:

Career development for youth at risk of not graduating.

Internships for young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, in partnership with MercyOne North Iowa.
