Job Description:

The Production Worker/Pallet Builder is responsible for assembling pallets and completing other production tasks to meet customer contract demands as assigned by the Production Supervisor or Business & Facilities Manager. This position requires the ability to safely operate a nail gun, lift up to 40 pounds, and work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Working alongside local dispatch, law enforcement, Fire and Rescue, EMS, and Prairie Ridge, Life Coaches respond to 911 calls and help connect individuals to the most appropriate care and resources. This may include crisis stabilization, substance use treatment, mobile crisis services, emergency care, or support for safely returning to the community.
