Transitional Living Center (RCF-PMI) Parade, Ribbon Cutting, & Open House

We have exciting news to share — it’s finally time to celebrate the opening of 43 North Iowa’s new Transitional Living Center (RCF-PMI) at the former Globe Gazette building!

On Thursday, October 23, we’ll kick things off with a parade at 3:00 p.m. from the current RCF to our new home at 300 N. Washington Ave. Then join us for a ribbon cutting at 4:00 p.m. followed by an open house from 4:00–7:00 p.m.

This day represents more than a new building—it’s a community victory. Together, we’ve created a place where people living with mental health challenges can find stability, opportunity, and belonging.
